How to place an order?
Choose a piece of jewelry on the website, add it to your cart, and place your order by following the prompts.
After confirmation, we will contact you to clarify the details.
Production times
Each TEPLEZH piece of jewelry is created by hand, so the production time may vary depending on the product.
Approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta.
Taxi delivery is also possible in Kyiv - by prior arrangement.
Delivery costs are paid separately:
— upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch
— or by transfer via IBAN to the brand's official account
Delivery times depend on the city of receipt and the selected delivery method.
Payment
After confirming the order, we send IBAN details for official payment.
Payment is made to the account of the individual entrepreneur, which confirms the official activity of the TEPLEZH brand.
After payment is received, the order is transferred to production or preparation for shipment.
Exchange and return
We guarantee the quality of every TEPLEZH jewelry.
Exchanges are possible, including individual orders.
Refunds are made in cases where the product does not meet the brand's standards.
